Facilities need urgent improvement!!! The pool was out of service and the gym only had two machines in a dimly lit area.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in my room didn't work well, making my stay quite uncomfortable. the noise from the nearby street was bothersome throughout the night, disrupting my sleep. I also encountered some challenges with luggage assistance at check-in, which left me feeling a bit stranded.

Sweet as place, eh? The staff were heaps friendly, especially Thang at the door. But, the mattress was a bit hard for my liking and the noise from the street was annoying.

The staff at Gold Hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, equipped with air conditioning and fresh linens. The hotel is conveniently located near the town center, allowing easy access to restaurants and shops.

The breakfast options could be more varied for western tastes.

Had a fantastic time with friends exploring the beautiful landscapes near Bordighera. The location was ideal, making it easy to visit Sanremo for the famous festival. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options that kept us fueled for our adventures.

Unfortunately, the pool area was outdated, leading to some disappointment since we were looking forward to relaxing there after touring.

It’s a suitable option for a quick trip in Hue with good value for money. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Ngoc at reception who provided great recommendations for local dining. Try to avoid the rooms facing the street if you're sensitive to noise at night.

Had a lovely short stay where the spa was a perfect place to unwind, and the skybar offered amazing views with a chill vibe. The poolside loungers were great for soaking up some sun, which was a real treat. 😄

the staff were super friendly and helped me with my bags. the location is perfect, right near the walking street. the room was comfy, and i really loved the balcony view. breakfast was nice with lots of options. they were cool about letting me check in early too.

the elevator was broken which made getting my bags a hassle. also, the noise from the street was pretty annoying at times.
